How a job actually runs

You call, we book a visit
Usually within a day or two. Tell us the rooms and roughly the size. That is enough to schedule.

We measure and look at the subfloor
Thirty to forty-five minutes for a few rooms. The subfloor is what moves a quote more than the material does, so we look at it before quoting rather than after.

You keep an itemized written quote
The written number is the number. It changes only if you change the material or the scope.

Our own crews install it
Not subcontracted. The person who measured your job is someone you can still reach when it is being fitted.

Is the in-home estimate really free?
Yes. Both stores measure and quote at no charge and with no obligation to buy.
How long does an in-home estimate take?
Usually 30 to 45 minutes for a few rooms. We measure, look at the subfloor, and leave you an itemized written quote.
Will the price change after you have measured?
The written quote is the price. It only changes if you change the material or the scope. That is the point of measuring in person rather than quoting over the phone.
