What this site collects.

The estimate form

If you send the in-home estimate form, we receive the name, phone number, town and job details you type into it, and we use them for one thing: calling you back about that job. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone outside the two stores.

You do not have to use the form. Both stores answer the phone: D&D Flooring on (205) 285-8855 and AL-GA Carpet on (205) 221-7271. A phone call leaves nothing on this website at all.

What the site itself stores

One thing, in your own browser: which of the two stores you looked at last, so the site can point you back to it. It never leaves your device and it is not sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.

What the site does not do

• No analytics. We do not measure or record your visit.
• No advertising or tracking cookies. None of any kind, in fact.
• No third-party requests. Fonts, images and code are all served from this domain, so loading a page tells no other company you were here.
• No accounts, no logins, no profiles.

Children

This is a site for people buying flooring. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Asking us about your information

If you have sent us an estimate request and want to know what we hold, or want it deleted, call either store and ask. We will do it.

Changes

If this changes, most likely because a form handler or a booking tool gets added, this page changes with it before the tool goes live.
